EIFS in the Spotlight: Great Hearts Academy

Parex has once again shown that with EIFS there is an endless selection of colors, textures, and finishes for a building. Thanks to the many features of EIFS, Arizona’s largest not-for-profit charter school, Great Hearts Academy, found exactly what they were looking for.

Great Hearts Academy - Parex EIFS in the Spotlight

Great Hearts Academy – Scottsdale, Arizona

Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, the 58,000 sq. ft. academy was seeking an exterior that would feature attractive elements while incorporating a Native American inspired medallion into the design. The building, constructed by SPG Construction, Inc., achieved an exceptional connectivity between the appearance of individual panels and the specialized medallions, creating a finished product the school could be proud of.

The Great Hearts Academy is another radiant example of the attributes that accompany an EIFS building. SPG Construction was able to use both high impact base coat and intermediate mesh to achieve the desired durability at a fraction of the cost. Opting for EIFS also allowed for easier workability over the entire project.

Thanks to Parex, EIFS, and the rest of their design and construction team, Great Hearts Academy is EIMA’s EIFS in the Spotlight project.
